In case any problems occur while making the production, contingency plans need to be prepared in advance to ensure the jobs are completed regardless of what may come in between.

LAUNCH DATE
The launch date for this show will be March 31st, 2020. I have chosen this date because this will give the team just under a year to create and complete the show, which is a good amount of time to ensure everything is perfect.
Also, releasing the show during spring time is good, because students wont have exams at this time (e.g. GCSE students, A-level students), which means that they will have free time to be able to watch the show.
The show will first be released online via BBC Iplayer, then released on other TV programmes (BBC One). It will be released online first so that it is easily accessible for everyone. Also, since the internet is the most popular source nowadays, having the show accessible via phones, laptops and tablets will attract a large number of people instantly.
The show will follow Ofcom regulation rules and be self-regulated by taking into consideration all the legal and ethical issues as well as having the directors and producers put themselves in the audience's shoes when producing each scene (e.g. when filming the scene, notice whether certain things seem offensive, if it does then perhaps adjust the scene or remove the part completely).
